Do I need prior AI experience?
No. You can start from scratch. We build it together, step by step, so you move into implementation immediately.
How much time should I plan for?
Around 2 to 3 hours per week. The biggest impact comes from what you apply to your own work in parallel.
Is this strategy or implementation?
The focus is firmly on implementation. You leave with working workflows, not just ideas.
What is the difference from a course?
You work on your own tasks and processes throughout. You leave with a system that works. Not a certificate.
Is this for individuals or teams?
You participate as an individual. The system you build can be transferred directly to your team or organisation.
Does the EU AI Act apply to my company?
If your organisation operates in the EU, supplies the EU market, or processes data of EU residents: yes. Article 4 on AI literacy applies broadly. This programme gives you the documented proof of competency you need.
What happens after 3 months?
You have a clear structure you can build on independently. The group stays connected as a peer community beyond the programme.
